Contents include:

● Application fee in the amount of $ ____
● Form I-129F, Petition for K-1 Fiancé(e) Visa
● Form I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person
● My G-325A and passport style photo
● My Fiance(e)’s G-325A and passport style photo
● Evidence of my U.S. Citizenship (Copy of U.S. Birth certificate, front and back or copy of the US Citizen’s naturalization certificate, front and back).
● Our letter certifying our intent to marry (See our Sample Letter of Intent to Marry. Write one from U.S. Petitioner, signed and one from Foreign National fiancee, signed)
● Proof that the two of us are legally able to marry. (You may include Certificate of No Marriage or Certificate of Divorce. If the previous marriage ended due to the death of spouse then include a Copy of Death Certificate(s) documenting that fact)
● Proof of us, having met in person in the past two years (Read K-1 Visa Petition Proofs of Having Met in Person post)
● Proof of ongoing relationship (Read K-1 Visa Petition Proofs of an Ongoing Relationship)

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I agree to submit an original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date, if required.

Another Tips : You may want to write lightly your full name on the back of passport-style photo using a pencil. Place photos in a clear plastic bag and and label the bag “Photo of (Insert Name)”. Attach it on your cover letter along with the check or money order. Also, don’t forget to read the “3 Important Tips Before Mailing An Immigration Application” to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
