USCIS Chinese-Language Public Engagement

Tomorrow, September 26, 2013, The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) conducts one of their national multilingual engagements sessions. It is FREE Chinese-language engagement on the naturalization process. Chinese speakers or people with a Chinese background will truly benefit on this opportunity to engage with USCIS in their own language and get their immigration-related questions such as becoming a United States citizen answered. USCIS officers will engage in a conversation about immigration laws, regulations on how they can petition for an immediate relative, and immigration forms. Mark your calendar!

What: Chinese-Language Public Engagement by USCIS
Date: Thursday, September 26, 2013
Time: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm (Eastern)

This event, Chinese-Language Public Engagement by USCIS is going to be broadcast live.

There are three ways to participate:

1. teleconference by calling USCIS toll-free telephone number 1-800-857-6924; Passcode: Jiao liu (the Chinese equivalent of the word “engagement.”)

2. live Web stream at www.uscis.gov/live/jiaoliu

3. by emailing USCIS your questions (before and during the event) at OPE-Live@uscis.dhs.gov

Remember, this engagement is free so if you have friends who may be trying to learn English but are still working on it, please invite them or share this info with them. Posted below is a video invitation about the Chinese-Language Public Engagement by USCIS.
